Last Best Candles uses PayPal to process online payments. PayPal is a service owned by eBay, and is a well-known, global online payment system for thousands of online retailers.

Is PayPal secure?
Yes. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep sensitive information like credit card numbers safe. Additionally, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This means you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

I've heard of PayPal, but I thought you had to have a PayPal account to use it. Is that true?
No. You don't have to have a PayPal account to purchase items from Last Best Candles. You can pay securely using your credit card, just like you would with any other online retailer. If you don't have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to sign up for one after your order has been processed.

I live outside the U.S. Can I still purchase your candles?
Yes, although non-U.S. visitors cannot purchase our items online. Our shopping cart only works for shipments within the United States. However, we can process non-U.S. orders via phone, or you can send us an email. Please contact us if you live outside the U.S.

I don't like buying stuff online. Can I still buy your candles?
Absolutely. Please contact us and we can process your order over the phone, or visit our retail location in downtown Missoula.

What payment methods do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For phone orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and money orders.

What shipping services do you offer?
We currently offer UPS Ground and 3 Day Select, or USPS Parcel Post and Priority Mail. We may add other shipping services in the future as they become available to us.

Are your shipments insured?
Yes. All our shipments are insured against loss and damage. The insurance costs are automatically added to the shipping charges. UPS provides free insurance coverage for items valued up to $100. Above that, they charge 35 cents for each additional $100 of value. USPS has an insurance fee schedule depending on the cost of the shipped items.

What is your return / refund policy?
You may return any order within 14 days of receipt for a refund ( does not include postage). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be sent insured with proof of posting. In the event of an order being incorrect, we will exchange the item for you without charge and refund all postage costs.

In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, (i.e. you changed your mind about the order) then we will still accept the return, however delivery charges cannot be refunded.

All returned candles must be unlit and undamaged!
